About Us

Leech & Co GRC Inc. was established in April 2009.  The firm’s primary goal is to help clients evaluate, improve and, when appropriate, reengineer risk and assurance processes, tools, and methods to better ensure business objectives are achieved within an acceptable level of retained risk.

Flagship services include evaluation of the effectiveness of enterprise risk and control management processes, completion of entity-level fraud risk assessments, SOX 404 cost optimization reviews, senior management and board training on risk and control oversight, internal audit reengineering, assistance with the implementation of integrated GRC, ERM and CRSA frameworks, and expert witness services related to officer/director due diligence litigation.
